Most of Indian customers prefer paying service chargethrough Onepay because it is secure, convenient and immediate. Howeveralmost half of them fail to make the payment because they did not pass MasterCard SecureCode Program. After you inputcard information (card number, expiry date, csc), ascreen box will be shown for you to enter the password.If you do not see this box, it means that your issuer bank has error.

In 2012, the International Card Organization changed the currency code of Vietnam Dong. However, several banks haven’t updated it. Consequently, the transactions made bycredit card from these banks cannot pass MasterCard SecureCode Program.

There is another possibility  that  your Issuer Bank has activated MasterCard Secure Code Program but your card has not been enrolled yet. Whenyoulog on to Internet banking and activate this program, a passport will be provided foronline paymentmaking. If you cannot activate yourself, please contact your Issuer Bank for assitance.

In case you are using the credit card issued by one of above-named banks, we advise you to activate the MasterCard Secure Code Program or ask your  Issuer Bank for help. If you are not willing to do so, please contact us and we will create a payment link for you. Or, you could also make the online payment with credit/debit card via Paypal as per instruction below:

1.  After you’re finished completeing the application form, choose Paypal in the Payment Information item.

2.  Choose “Pay with my Paypal account” if you have a Paypal account, or "Pay with my credit or debit card” if you don’t have. Later, fill out necessary information for making payment.

Completing this step also means that you make the payment successfully. All what you have to do next is waiting 2 days to receive a visa approval letter inyour email address and getting a visa stamp at arrival airport.
